Some gardens simply stop you in your tracks. This magnificent Derbyshire project is one of those. A perfect example of what can be achieved when talented designers, skilled landscapers and quality materials come together with a shared vision. From the beautifully detailed paddlestone walls and elegant water features to the carefully layered planting and seamless transitions between spaces, every element has been considered and executed with exceptional attention to detail. The result is a garden that feels established, timeless and completely at home within its surroundings. As an ex-landscaper myself, I know just how much hard work, planning, problem-solving and craftsmanship goes into creating a garden of this calibre. The finished photographs never tell the full story of the dedication, expertise and teamwork required behind the scenes. A huge credit to Anna Barker of Lush Garden Design and to Chris Belton of Ground Services Landscapes involved in bringing this project to life. The quality of the detailing, construction and planting speaks for itself.
