At LBS I get to know fascinating people. Last week was Gstaad Guy. I was expecting a comedian – and he is funny. But in a conversation for the London Business School Family Business Club we also encountered a remarkable person who is perceptive, generous and philosophical. We learned so much about getting out there on social media - “be cringe”. Sounds light hearted - but its profound - having the confidence to be authentic and say something genuine, without overthinking how it lands.
