Offshore oil and gas developments are venturing into increasingly extreme territories. In deepwater fields, high-pressure/high-temperature (HPHT) wells now operate under standard conditions of up to 15,000 psi (1,034 bar) and 360°F (182°C). Meanwhile, subsea systems are extending pipe runs to over 60 miles (100 km) from well to platform. Overcoming pressure losses across these distances requires reliable high-pressure operation and precise chemical dosing. Rheonik Coriolis mass flow meters are specifically engineered for these challenges. With pressure ratings up to 24,969 psi (1,722 bar), these meters offer a compact footprint and operate without moving parts, which significantly reduces maintenance. Their measurement accuracy remains unaffected by pump pulsations or fluctuating flow rates, making them ideal for the controlled injection of corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers, hydrate preventers, and other critical chemicals. These meters are certified for use in hazardous areas and are equipped with advanced built-in diagnostics. They provide a cost-effective, resilient solution for some of the toughest environments in oil and gas. #OffshoreEngineering #HPHT #ChemicalInjection #FlowMeasurement #CoriolisTechnology #OilAndGas #HighPressureSystems #ProcessSafety #SubseaSolutions #EnergyEfficiency
