How do you redesign a logistics network without disrupting production? By rethinking the entire network, not just individual transport routes. That's exactly what we did for ZF Group, a global leader in advanced mobility systems and sustainable electrification, across six European countries. The challenge was clear: rising transport costs, increasingly complex cross-border operations and the need to transform the network without causing any disruption to production. Together, we redesigned transport flows across six European countries by relocating consolidation closer to the source and creating a more flexible and resilient logistics setup.
