Strengthening logistics connections between Europe and Central Asia. 🌍 As part of the official delegation visit of German Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier to Uzbekistan, we are taking the next step in expanding our footprint in the region: the modernisation of the logistics terminal in Andijan, developed through our joint venture UzContargo Andijon. Together with our partners at the Uzbek state railway, Uzbekiston Temir Yollari, the site will be developed into a high-performance intermodal hub, enhancing rail-based container transport and creating additional capacity along the Trans-Caspian Transport Route. By investing in modern infrastructure, we are not only strengthening international trade routes but also supporting economic growth in the Ferghana Valley and its export-oriented industries.
