To support this mission, we at revomet hosted a hands-on workshop at our Bitterfeld-Wolfen (Germany) site focused on battery recycling and battery material recovery. Together with colleagues from CRONIMET entities across Europe, we explored how local sites can support the early stages of the value chain by identifying and collecting battery materials safely and sustainably. These close-to-market touchpoints are a real advantage and enable us to recover materials with lower transport emissions, better regional insight and a smarter use of existing infrastructure. 🌍🔁 During hands-on sessions across our facility, our guests experienced the full process up close: from dismantling and sorting to material handling, packaging insights and the steps that lead towards high-yield recovery. Seeing real material streams, real risks and real value drivers made one thing very clear: battery recycling is a technology-driven process that needs expertise at every stage. The combination of our advanced process know-how and the CRONIMET Group’s European footprint gives us a unique position in an industry where sustainability, safety and material efficiency are key.
