Valve-in-valve con estrategia innovadora: cuando menos es más en la reintervención estructural.🔄 🔄 Nos enorgullece compartir nuestra reciente publicación en la Revista Argentina de Cardioangiología Intervencionista, donde describimos una alternativa eficaz y segura para el tratamiento de la degeneración estructural de válvulas BE-TAVI mediante la implantación de válvulas autoexpandibles intraanulares. 👉 Esta serie de tres casos demuestra que el uso de la válvula autoexpandible permite preservar el acceso coronario, minimizar fugas paravalvulares, mantener gradientes bajos y dejar abierta la puerta a una tercera intervención futura (TAVI-in-TAVI), sin necesidad de estrategias complejas como BASILICA o stents en chimenea. 🔬 Este trabajo no habría sido posible sin el aporte clínico y científico del Dr. Julien Adjedj – Cardiologue interventionnel chez Institut Arnault Tzanck Saint‑Laurent‑du‑Var , France referente en terapias estructurales y colaborador clave en este proyecto.
