One-Stage Endovascular Management of Complex AAA and Aortic Stenosis Disease. The Revista Argentina de Cardioangiología Intervencionista (RACI) proudly highlights this outstanding case report by Martín et al., describing the successful simultaneous treatment of severe aortic stenosis and infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm using a fully endovascular strategy with TAVI followed by EVAR in the same session. This challenging case demonstrates how meticulous planning, multimodality imaging, and a multidisciplinary Heart Team approach can safely expand the limits of minimally invasive therapy in high surgical risk patients. The authors successfully performed: 1. Transcatheter aortic valve implantation with Evolut™ PRO+ 2. Endovascular aneurysm repair with Endurant™ II 3. Single-session treatment with excellent procedural outcome 4. Complete aneurysm exclusion without endoleaks Importantly, the report provides valuable technical insights regarding procedural sequencing, vascular access management, contrast optimization, and bailout maneuvers during complex combined interventions.
