🇪🇺 The European Commission and the European Investment Bank (EIB) have approved a €2.5 billion disbursement from the Modernisation Fund to finance 51 energy transition projects across 11 EU Member States. The investments include new renewable energy capacity, battery storage, electricity grid modernisation, energy efficiency, clean district heating and transport electrification.
