Leadership doesn't start after your first job, it starts during it. Meet Leilani, who started with Revenue NSW in early 2025, under the 1,000 NSW Public Sector Apprentices and Trainees Program. Leilani is working with our Operational Excellence & Strategy team as a trainee project officer whilst studying for her Certificate IV in Project Management Practice.
