Where in the world is Reveal today? We're not always just locating in the city or at the airport, sometimes locating and surveying takes you far and wide! In this case, into the bush. The Story: A stormwater pipe that conflicted with the proposed design. A manhole that isn't on any available plan and a cable (in a pipe!) that no one knew about. The Solution: Standard detection gets you a long way, but it doesn't always answer the question a design depends on, especially on a site like this where GPR access is limited. So we went further: CCTV inside the pipe, LiDAR on the chamber to build an exact picture so we can fill that gap between above and below ground. Seeing is believing with underground utilities. Whenever Reveal can, we push for visual, Quality Level A data, because design decisions are too important to be made on guess work!
