Safety Day at RESRG Automotive Bolesławiec 🚧 During our Safety Day, we focused on our Safety Fundamentals and the principles of safe work. Employees from all groups – DL, IDL, Salary, and Management – came together in a joint video to demonstrate our strong safety culture in action. To ensure full participation, plant operations were paused during the Safety Day program. Alternative safety measures were implemented for the event, which is why baseline PPE was not required during these activities. A special highlight of the day was the involvement of employees’ families and children, who reminded us how important workplace safety is – so that everyone returns home safely every day. The event also featured activities for children and adults, health and wellness booths with nutritional advice and healthy lifestyle tips, as well as a barbecue and sweet treats for everyone to enjoy. Thank you to all employees who made this event possible. The video gives a great impression of the day and the positive atmosphere throughout the event.
