At Intersolar Europe, the RESiLICON team held a series of discussions and hosted an executive leadership meeting with senior representatives from across the European solar value chain. An important part of those discussions was the growing need for dual sourcing of strategic materials. As Europe seeks to strengthen its industrial base, developing competitive European supply chains alongside existing global sources will help improve resilience while supporting long-term growth. Europe has already taken important steps through the Net-Zero Industry Act. Now the focus is on turning that ambition into industrial capacity. At RESiLICON, we strongly believe Europe can build a truly resilient solar supply chain. But only through continued collaboration, investment and a stronger European manufacturing base. These conversations reinforce our ambition to strengthen Europe's strategic supply of strategic materials for the solar, semiconductor and battery industries. Thanks to Remco Rijn, Jan Vesseur, Carsten Rohr and Carl J. van Vugt Luning for representing us at Intersolar Europe. š For updates as our project progresses, follow RESiLICON. šØš¹ššæš®-š½ššæš² š½š¼š¹ššš¶š¹š¶š°š¼š» | š¦šššš®š¶š»š®šÆš¹š šŗš®š±š² š¶š» šššæš¼š½š² | šššššæš²-šæš²š®š±š #IntersolarEurope #Solar #Polysilicon Image credits: Ā© Solar Promotion (Intersolar Europe) and SolarPower Europe.
