Meet Brodie! π Brodie is one of our Customer Experience Officers who takes your calls at our Contact Centre. βοΈ Brodie has been with us for 4 years helping customers who call in needing assistance with tenancy information and support to resolve tenancy issues. Last December, he won the team member of the month award for Operational Excellence, where he was recognised for his genuine commitment to customer service and treating every customer interaction with care, empathy, and professionalism. π When asked what motivates him to come to work every day, he said, βThat I am legitimately making a difference in our customers' lives. Housing and shelter are base needs, when issues come up that bring into question the stability of a tenancy/residency, anxiety is understandable and I am glad I can help build confidence in resolving matters successfully.β βA recent customer spent the time to write a three-paragraph compliment that ended with them literally saying I had made a difference in their lives. They felt more confident to represent themselves and were able to ensure their own physical safety within a tenancy.β A big thanks to Brodie and all our frontline teams for your outstanding work and dedication to the continuous improvement and delivering better outcomes for our customers. π
