Hannah talks about what it takes to operate renewable assets safely and sustainably across the globe, the role digitalisation plays in accelerating the energy transition, and why visible female role models matter so much in a technical industry. On the barriers that remain for women in energy, Hannah says that while progress has been made, unconscious bias and a lack of visible role models still hold people back. Building inclusive cultures, she says, is key to changing that - something we're passionate about at RES.
