Nearly 20 years ago, I founded Leading Courses. Our mission was simple: to help golfers discover great golf courses through the experiences of other golfers. Along the way, thousands of hidden gems became visible to golfers around the world. Today, that mission continues from the other side of the industry. Golf clubs receive feedback through Google, Leading Courses, Tripadvisor, Top100GolfCourses and increasingly through their own customer surveys. The problem isn't collecting feedback anymore. The problem is making sense of it. Most clubs simply don't have the time to read thousands of reviews, identify recurring patterns and decide what deserves attention first. That's why we built ReputAI. After a successful beta programme with 15 golf clubs across Europe, ReputAI officially launched on 1 July. ReputAI brings together online reviews and internal surveys in one platform, turning customer feedback into actionable management insights, benchmarking and clear priorities for the next quarter. We're proud that respected clubs such as Club de Golf Alcanada and Aphrodite Hills Resort are among our first customers. I genuinely believe that customer feedback is one of the most underused sources of business intelligence in golf.
