At our Anaheim Recycling Center, General Manager Pierre F. and his team process recyclables from more than 400,000 homes in 26 communities across Southern California – which adds up to 37,000 truckloads of materials every year. Pierre helped oversee a $60 million renovation to the Anaheim facility, which reopened in December 2024 with double the capacity and innovative new technology to help our municipal partners meet their diversion goals. Across North America, Republic Services processes 5 million tons of recyclables annually, helping preserve natural resources and bolstering the circular economy.
