Innovation starts with curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to explore new perspectives. Our colleague Ole Herud-Sikimić, Ph.D., Senior Process Manager Process Science, recently mentored student teams at HackXplore in Karlsruhe, Germany, where around 150 highly motivated students showcased impressive creativity, energy, and teamwork. Working on the challenge of digitalizing paper-based documentation, the teams developed thoughtful and remarkably mature solution prototypes in just a short time. We believe that innovation thrives when fresh perspectives meet real-world challenges. Engaging with future talent helps us explore new ideas, learn from different viewpoints, and drive innovation forward.  Thank you to the HackXplore team and all participating students for an inspiring experience.
