Last week in Belgrade, I saw exactly why I'm proud to lead this team. Our EMEA Ground Support Sales Meeting brought colleagues from across the region into one room – and the level of engagement was exceptional. With Thomas Vallant, Vesa Korpela, Toni Silfverberg, Davide De Cristofaro, and Friedrich Hirtler we had several high-ranking managers from different Sandvik Mining divisions participating, making the conversations even more comprehensive and meaningful. People came with questions, shared what's working, and weren't afraid to challenge each other. We got clear on our priorities in Mining, Tunneling, and GeoTech – and on how our divisions move forward together. Thanks to everyone who contributed. This is exactly how we stay focused, energized, and aligned.
