Renault Trucks Connected Services Training successfully delivered at Zahid Tractor - CVD Zahid Tractor.                            As part of Renault Trucks Middle East’s ongoing commitment to enhancing aftersales excellence and customer support capabilities across the region, a dedicated two-day Renault Trucks Connected Services training program was recently conducted at the Zahid Tractor Headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The session brought together 17 aftersales professionals from service, parts, and customer support functions, reinforcing the shared commitment to delivering world-class fleet support solutions. Over the course of the training, participants gained an in-depth understanding of Renault Trucks Connected Services and their key capabilities, including vehicle connectivity, remote fleet monitoring, diagnostic support, maintenance planning, critical alert management, and driver behavior analysis. The program also emphasized the strategic role of Fleet Advisors in helping customers improve vehicle uptime, enhance fuel efficiency, optimize maintenance operations, and maximize overall fleet performance. A key focus of the training was demonstrating how data-driven fleet management and proactive interventions can contribute to reducing unplanned downtime, lowering operating costs, and improving the Total Value of Ownership for customer fleets. By leveraging connected vehicle technologies and real-time operational insights, Renault Trucks Connected Services enables customers to make informed decisions that support greater productivity and long-term business performance. Renault Trucks Middle East would like to thank all participants for their active engagement, enthusiasm, and commitment throughout the training. We look forward to supporting the continued deployment and success of Renault Trucks Connected Services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, helping customers achieve greater uptime, operational excellence, and optimized total value of ownership. Well done to Nitin Rabade and Ahmed Motaleb for carrying out this training and thank you also to Hany Sindi for his support during this training.
