To mark Women’s History Month, our Dublin team spotlighted the women contributing across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) at RenaissanceRe. This included a Women in STEM panel discussion, which brought colleagues together in person and virtually from across our global offices. The discussion highlighted the importance of visibility, sponsorship, and supporting diverse career paths, reinforcing how intentional action helps create opportunity and progress.
