McKinsey & Company At Level 4, a small team supervises a coordinated system of AI agents that delivers a full application end-to-end design, code, testing, integration with humans only stepping in for the calls that actually need human judgment. McKinsey & Company The result? McKinsey says this adds up to roughly 20x leverage, a handful of people doing what used to take an entire department. McKinsey & Company This isn't sci-fi.
