An innovation award is a great milestone. A customer converting its entire production to the award-winning technology is an even bigger one.   At Fensterbau Frontale 2026, Induline I-130 [eco] was honoured with the Innovation Award 2026 for its contribution to more sustainable wood protection solutions.   Today, we are excited to see this innovation making a real impact in the market: The North German window manufacturer Aldra Fenster und Türen GmbH has successfully transitioned its entire production to Induline I-130 [eco], fully replacing conventional impregnation systems with our water-based hydrophobic impregnation based on mass-balanced binders and free from film-preserving and wood-preserving biocides.   By switching its complete production to Induline I-130 eco, Aldra demonstrates that sustainability and industrial performance are not competing goals — they can go hand in hand.   ✔ Water-based hydrophobic impregnation ✔ Free from film-preserving and wood-preserving biocides ✔ Timber building elements remain recyclable at the end of their service life ✔ Preventive physical protection against damp and reduced risk of blue discolouration ✔ Reliable processing using established industrial application methods such as dipping and flow coating   For us, this is what innovation is all about: creating solutions that not only win awards but also earn the trust of customers and prove themselves in daily production.   A big thank you to the entire team at Aldra and to everyone involved in making this transition possible.
