Remember the power of listening to your people in your business - from your clients, team members to your suppliers. By listening and actually hearing what people are saying, you can gain the keys to being successful. Be willing to act on what you hear and focus on how you can improve your business. Not only can you improve, but it is also a wonderful opportunity to show you care about what your people are saying, it will make them feel appreciated and valued. This can be the start of a stronger relationship where you can proactively focus on turning your people into advocates; and all the benefits that brings.
