From innovation and research to sporting excellence, our colleagues continue to shine across diverse fields. 🏅 Virinchi Pandya, Jamnagar Manufacturing Division (JMD), was honoured with the *Prime Minister’s Shram Award* in the Shram Bhushan category for driving performance and productivity improvements. 🏅 Giga Vana Vadher from Hazira Manufacturing Division’s Polyester site (HMD-PY) received the *Rajya Shram Veer Award* for contributing to key technical improvements. 🏅 Asit I Desai from Hazira Manufacturing Division’s Petrochemical site (HMD-PT) was conferred the *Rajya Shram Veer Award* for engineering innovation and process enhancement. 🔬 Dr. Sharad Lande, FRSC ( UK), FICS from RIL’s Research & Technology team received the *VASVIK Industrial Research Award* for his contributions towards industrial catalysis and technology development. 🏓 Viral Patel from Hazira Manufacturing Division’s Petrochemical site (HMD-PT) delivered an outstanding performance at the Gujarat State Table Tennis Season 2025–2026.
