At RIL, people remain at the core of our progress. Across our manufacturing divisions, 399 colleagues were recently recognised at Long Service Award ceremonies for their enduring commitment and contribution. We are especially proud to share that more than 130 colleagues have completed 20 years of service or more with the organisation. From Dahej to Patalganga, Silvassa, Hazira, and Barabanki, colleagues came together to celebrate dedication, resilience, and shared growth. These milestones are more than years completed, they reflect the collective effort shaping RIL’s journey forward.
