🤝 Today we are announcing a data partnership with Layer IQ that addresses two converging pressures reshaping IT hardware management: regulatory demand for activity based environmental reporting, and the strategic urgency around critical mineral recovery. More than 14,000 companies are now required to provide activity based environmental reporting on their running IT assets. That number is expected to exceed 100,000 within the next two years as CSRD, GHG Protocol, and frameworks like California's SB-253 expand their reach. At the same time, critical minerals essential to technology manufacturing exist in greater concentrations in currently deployed IT equipment than in active mining operations – making recovery from end of life hardware a matter of supply chain resilience. Through this partnership, Rejoose's data is integrated into Layer IQ's Asset IQ platform: 🔹Rejoose's LCA dataset, independently assured to ISAE 3000 standards and audited by EY, covering more than 18 million IT products across up to ten years of hardware generations 🔹Rejoose's Recycled and Resource dataset, developed in alignment with the EPA's WARM methodology, enabling component level fingerprinting down to constituent materials, elements, and minerals The combined intelligence supports OEMs, enterprises, IT Asset Disposition partners, and GHG accounting teams across the full IT lifecycle – from active fleet reporting through disposition routing to material recovery.
