Value Engineering may sound technical at first. In practice, it is about a clear task. A design concept needs to become a solution that works, remains cost-effective and can be reliably replicated. It is not just the idea that matters. It is the decisions behind it. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Does the piece of furniture fit the brand and the desired atmosphere? ๐Ÿ‘‰ Can the material withstand daily use in hotel operations? ๐Ÿ‘‰ Are the surfaces easy to maintain and clean? ๐Ÿ‘‰ Will materials and components remain available over the long run? ๐Ÿ‘‰ Can the element be produced, transported, installed and later replaced efficiently? The example of our customer Limehome shows how Value Engineering can create an impact in the hospitality industry. For the serviced apartment concept, REINHOLD KELLER was entrusted with developing and producing selected interior elements. Headboards, wardrobe units and TV units were aligned with the brand, daily use and efficient processes, then implemented in 74 rooms at Limehome Braunschweig KaiserstraรŸe. All with the goal of turning an idea into a standard that proves itself in everyday hospitality operations. ๐Ÿ˜‰ [Pictures courtesy of Limehome] #limehome #valueengineering #joinery #rollout
