16 months ago, I had no idea what Talent Acquisition really was. Since then, I’ve taken a leap into a completely new career, learned fast, pushed myself, and grown more than I ever imagined. I’ve had the opportunity to progress through several roles in a short space of time, and I can honestly say that the version of me from 16 months ago would be incredibly proud of this journey. I’m excited to share that I’ve been seconded into the Talent Acquisition Team Lead role at The University of Melbourne. While this is a secondment, I’m grateful for the trust, support, and opportunity to step into a leadership role, learn from an amazing team, and continue building my capability in TA leadership.
