Smart floor lamps as part of a data-driven building infrastructure. At the House of Communication Munich, our 𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗣𝗔𝗗 freestanding luminaires are no longer just a source of light, but part of a connected system that generates valuable insights into how spaces are used. Analysis through 𝗠𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 showed that objective sensor data can effectively replace assumptions in space planning and provide a reliable basis for decisions. These insights made it possible to better understand employee preferences and actual usage patterns. As a result, underutilised areas could be clearly identified. This enabled Serviceplan Group to consolidate internal teams more efficiently and unlock additional capacity within the existing space.
