John "Country" Fishburn is another member of the 2019 class of Warehouse Heroes of the Year. His hard work keeps the #foodchain moving so food stays on your tables. It is the reason he and his colleagues are #essentialworkers John “Country” Fishburn has been with PFG for 19 years. Through that time he has been a consistent model of what an associate should be. When new associates are brought on, Country will take the time to help and instruct them without reservation. He’s an unquestioned leader when it comes to the dock personnel. He averages a higher CPH than any other associate in his position. He’s often above 800 CPH while everyone else is in the 600 to 700 CPH range. Country understands the “hows and whys” of the warehouse’s needs, making him a true asset and example to the rest of his coworkers.
