🎉 A major safety milestone for #TeamBondgate! 🎉 We’re proud to celebrate 1,000 days LTI-free at our UK Bondgate site, North Yorkshire. This achievement is a testament to the commitment, teamwork and safety-first mindset demonstrated by our colleagues every day. From supporting major machinery installations and operational changes to actively participating in Learning Teams workshops and continuous improvement initiatives, everyone has played a part in creating a safer workplace. Reaching 1,000 days without a Lost Time Injury is no small feat. It reflects a culture where safety is embedded in everything we do and where looking out for one another remains a top priority.
