The static areas of a preheater tower and a clinker cooler operate under different processing conditions.  To meet the respective requirements, the right refractory concretes must be tailored to the specific thermomechanically and thermochemically conditions of each zone. Our REFRA-Service team takes an area-specific approach within these, sometimes complex process conditions. Based on the REFRAJETCRETE®️ concept, a material strategy is deployed using a combination of REFRAJETCRETE®️ Hybrid F51 AR, REFRABAUXITE®️ 85 ED JC AR and REFRACLAY®️ 40 ED JC Z AR. Each composition is carefully adjusted to withstand the thermal, chemical and mechanical loads in these areas.
