Field Sales Engineer – Sweden / Industrial & Automotive Semiconductors Location: Sweden (Home Office) Redtree Solutions Ltd, is expanding and we are looking for a high-performance Field Sales Engineer to drive growth in the Swedish Industrial and Automotive electronics market. You will be responsible for creating design wins, expanding strategic accounts, and accelerating revenue growth across Sweden in close cooperation with our semiconductor partners and distribution network. Who You Are You are competitive, commercially sharp, and technically credible. You understand that growth comes from disciplined pipeline management, customer trust, and relentless follow-up. You are a business hunter in a business-building role. Degree in Electronic Engineering (or similar technical background) 5–8 years of proven semiconductor or electronic component sales success Documented track record of design wins and sustained revenue growth Strong relationships within Swedish Industrial and/or Automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers Comfortable engaging at engineering, purchasing, and management level Self-driven, structured, and accountable Fluent in Swedish and English You think long-term but act daily. What You Will Do Own and grow the Swedish territory’s business Drive strategic design-in activity at targeted OEM and Tier customers Build multi-level relationships within key accounts Develop clear account strategies with measurable revenue targets Identify and convert new business opportunities Work closely with distribution partners to execute territory plans Act as the commercial and technical bridge between customers and suppliers Deliver accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management Success in this role means measurable revenue growth, secured design wins, and strengthened market position.
