Cole Medin built the version that doesn't break: a production support agent for an e-commerce store, running on Redis Iris. Context Retriever turns raw business data into MCP tools an agent can call directly, so one tool call can pull every delayed order without any schema digging or text-to-SQL translation. Agent Memory keeps every conversation and promotes what matters to long-term recall, so when a customer says "reship it, don't refund me" once, the agent remembers it in every session that follows.
