Rausing Executive Development Centre, LUMS partnered with Systems Limited to deliver a transformative 5-day Advanced Leadership Programme. Designed to cultivate strategic foresight and leadership agility, the programme was led by faculty members: Dr. Arif Butt, Dr. Adnan Zahid, Dr. Suleman Shahid, and Dr. Muhammad AbdurRahman Malik. The curriculum focused on pivotal leadership themes including authenticity, strategic thinking, digital transformation, purposeful collaboration, and change management. Through immersive case studies, interactive exercises, and simulation-based learning, participants explored frameworks essential for navigating complex organisational challenges.
