Several locations, countless conversations🗨️ Over the past weeks, our "Meet the Board" series has brought colleagues together with members of our Management Board across Europe: from Sevenum and Pilsen with our CFO Hendrik Krampe, to Tongeren with Olaf Heinrich as our CEO. While every session is different, the idea remains the same: creating space for open dialogue, honest questions and meaningful exchange. These conversations give colleagues the opportunity to gain personal insights, share perspectives, discuss ideas and contribute to the conversations shaping Redcare Pharmacy's future. For us, leadership is not just about setting direction – it's about listening, engaging and staying connected to the people who make our success possible every day. The "Meet the Board" sessions are one way we put our leadership principles into practice by encouraging open dialogue and genuine connection across the organization. 🙏 A big thank you to everyone who joined, asked questions and contributed to the discussions.
