Sports storytelling continues to evolve across both technology and craft. At this year's Sports Emmy Awards, "World of Red Bull in Apple Immersive" received the award for Outstanding Digital Innovation: Sports, while "I Skied Down Mount Everest" was honoured for Outstanding Sports Camera Work: Long Form. Though distinct in format, both projects reflect the same pursuit: finding new ways to bring audiences closer to athletes, environments, and experiences that were once difficult - or impossible - to capture.
