At Red Bear Tech, we believe the best way to support young careers is to show them just how dynamic, high-growth, and exciting the digital infrastructure world really is. This week, we are thrilled to be hosting our latest work experience candidates! Organised and championed by our Business Development Director, Johanna James, this structured program is designed to give these aspiring professionals a complete, 360-degree view of the data centre ecosystem. Rather than just showing them one corner of the office, Johanna has coordinated a full tour across all of our departments. From the analytical precision of Pre-Construction and estimating to the fast-paced coordination of project management and on-site engineering, our candidates are getting a front-row seat to how hyper-scale infrastructure is brought to life. Our mission? To spark real curiosity, break down the boundaries of what they think engineering is, and excite them to become the future leaders of our industry.
