Shouting out the unsung heroes in the field. When temperatures soar past 30°C (86°F), executing heavy industrial work in full PPE isn't just difficult, it requires a level of grit, discipline, and commitment that deserves to be recognized. Our very own James Smock recently visited our offsite warehouse in Hamina, Finland, to support the team and conduct an audit during the newly launched CSX works. The audit was a resounding success, with all processes being followed to the highest standard. But the true highlight of the trip? Watching the OSP cabling team in action. James was incredibly impressed by the sheer professionalism and steadfast commitment to safe working practices on display, especially given the challenging, high-heat conditions.
