Qualifications: (1) Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, or any IT-related course. (2) At least three (3) years relevant work experience as a C#/.Net Programmer, or experience in a similar leadership role in the gaming industry is preferred. (3) Ability to architect software solutions. (4) Familiarity with various RPC and communication technologies (GRPC, REST API, Signal R). (5) Expertise with Relational Databases (SQL). (6) Proficient with software engineering tools and applications (Visual Studio, VSCode). (7) Understanding of Unit testing and testing frameworks (NUnit, XUnit, MSTest). (8) Adequate experience with software VCS: Git, SVN, Perforce, Plastic. (9) Adequate experience with collaboration tools: MS Teams, JIRA, Slack. Responsibilities: (1) Lead in the estimation and development of foundational and application software. (2) Ensure a complete grasp and understanding of various gaming regulations and requirements and cascade the same to team members. (3) Train team members to be able to build software solutions within a complex SOA/Mircroservices system. (4) Document the development process and regularly submit reports to management. (5) Work to continuously foster an environment of learning and improvement within the team, in line with industry trends. (6) Regularly evaluate team members and suggest areas of improvement.
