In his view, transformation requires rethinking workflows end-to-end and focusing on three fundamentals: • Selecting the right business problem • Securing strong executive sponsorship • Integrating AI into the way people work For Reckitt, this approach is delivering results. In R&D, for example, our agentic AI tool, Write-It, has reduced documentation tasks from days to minutes, enabling scientists to focus on higher-value innovation.
