Different ways of thinking drive better outcomes. Meet Jack Willows, Regulatory Affairs and Safety Senior Associate in Hull and member of Disability@Reckitt, our Employee Resource Group supporting colleagues with disabilities and caregivers. Jack discovered his ADHD at university and spent years masking at work. With the support of a trusted manager, he felt safe to speak up. That moment changed everything. Being open about it allowed Jack to work in ways that played to his strengths, build understanding with colleagues, and show up as his authentic self. Recently, Jack also joined the “Belonging for People with Disabilities” panel and represented Reckitt at WorkPride 2026, conference dedicated to workplace inclusion organised by myGwork. As Jack says: “By sharing what I’ve learned, I hope to support others and encourage allyship. Together, we grow further.” Living with ADHD brings challenges, but it also brings strength. Neurodivergent colleagues contribute with fresh perspectives, creativity and innovative problem-solving, helping us deliver better solutions for people everywhere. At Reckitt, we’re building an inclusive culture through allyship, sponsorship and career development, where everyone can thrive. #WeAreReckitt #CareersAtReckitt #Neurodiversity
