Leading a team of five, you will use behavioral data to turn one-time transactions into long-term relationships, balancing business growth with our commitment to the planet. What we are looking for: Significant experience running CRM strategy and execution in a data-driven e-commerce business. A strong analytical mindset: you look past vanity metrics to focus on true customer lifetime value and incrementality.
