Our co-founder, Emilio Van Der Linden , spoke with De Tijd about how Rebin is making waste collection smarter through sensor technology. During a collection round in Avelgem, a route with more than 100 stops was reduced to just around 25, resulting in approximately 60% fewer collection hours, fewer kilometers and more time spent where it matters most. "We want to become the leading smart city player." That's what we work towards every day. Today, over 25 municipalities and organizations across Belgium and the Netherlands already rely on our technology, from Maarkedal and Brakel to the Port of Rotterdam.
