One of the most important responsibilities of a cybersecurity leader is helping teams prioritize what truly matters in an environment full of noise, urgency, and constant change. Strong cyber teams do their best work when leaders remove unnecessary hurdles, create clarity, and give them the space to focus, innovate, and solve hard problems. Protecting the organization is critical-but so is protecting the team’s ability to think strategically and operate effectively.
