🐦 The early bird catches the worm! Last week, we spent several days working together on shaping the #voestalpineMetalForming #Digitalization and #ITStrategy for the next business year. 5 days, a clear focus and a lot of fun! ⚙️ Strategy only works if it connects across layers: from divisional direction to Business Unit priorities and ultimately to real work. This week showed how powerful it is when these layers come together through #collaboration and when the #story behind it clicks for everyone. 💸 Because one thing holds true: in complex, decentral organizations like ours, making strategy relevant, tangible, and meaningful for all is the actual "tough job". 💡What stood out most to me personally however was the level of engagement and openness in the room. Everyone contributed perspectives, challenged thinking, and helped make the #outcome stronger. #trusttheprocess 🫶 Thank you to everyone involved for the energy, honesty, and commitment: this is what not only makes a #GreatTeam, but what will make the difference in turning strategy into real #impact. P.S.: the Business-Agility-nerd inside me is heads over heels for the fact that we successfully co-created #OKR in a "live" setting! Gotta love that.
