As many of you may know I am the Director of Victim Services for Mutual Ground, a multi service organization providing care and support to sexual and domestic violence victims/survivors and also to those struggling with substance use. I started at Mutual Ground a little over 20 years and as the overnight advocate answering the hotline. I then moved to counseling, prevention, legal advocacy, Residential manager and lastly my current role. I have had the privilege and opportunity to work with the best people. I have loved and learned each new position. Now after 20 years it is time to say that I am leaving Mutual Ground. My next adventure is very exciting and I am happy to announce that I am going to start my journey as the Executive Director for HOPE of Ogle County.
