I rarely (if ever?) share personal opinions on LinkedIn, and primarily use this platform as a means to educate myself on trends in L&E law and dog treats. But as I scroll down my homepage, I can't help but notice how overwhelmingly obvious it is that nearly every other post is written by an LLM (so many em-dashes, so many weird short sentences). It's mind-numbing, and frankly makes me super sad to watch creativity succumb to efficiency. For the sake of our brains, our desire for silliness, humility, and honest, thoughtful communication - can we just go back to embracing typos and run on sentences and and and...? Sigh.
