The MD Enterprise will report directly to me and sit on AMI’s Executive Leadership Team alongside rockstars Bronwen McConkey-Nwandu Wangila Rasto Naomi Kirungu Isaac Kinuu Andrea Maitre Warriner Camille Linquier and Jonathan Cook - all leaders in their field and committed to building the African champion for Africa's business champions. The MD Enterprise will drive strategy, commercial growth, product positioning, and P&L for AMI Enterprise — building the leading tech-forward corporate learning and executive education offering for Africa’s professionals across Anglophone and Francophone markets. We're looking for: • A proven scale-up leader with a track record of leading a business through a significant shift in growth trajectory  • Deep commercial experience selling complex solutions to senior decision-makers across Africa • Someone who can translate market insights into clear, executable growth strategy • A leader who knows how to build and coach high-performing, multi-country teams • Strong financial and analytical capability — comfortable owning targets, pricing, forecasting and performance • Low-ego, high collaboration approach to work.
